At Head2Sole Fashion, we want you to feel confident and stylish in every piece you buy. If something doesn’t fit quite right or meet your expectations, we offer a simple exchange process to make things right.
Exchange-Only Policy
We currently offer exchange only — no refunds — on eligible items returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase.
- You’ll need to present your order receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be exchanged:
- Lingerie, underwear, and swimwear
- Beauty products
- Sale or discounted items
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact Us: Send a message to our customer support via WhatsApp at +234 916 701 2000 within 7 days. Please include your order number and item details.
- Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we’ll confirm your exchange and provide drop-off or return details.
- Return the Item: Bring or ship the item to our store at 4 Irewole Street, Opebi, Lagos. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Inspection & Exchange: After we inspect the item and confirm it meets our conditions, you’ll be able to pick a different size, color, or item of equal value.
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.
